“The Restaurant” was the classic partnership pairing:  Rocco DiSpirito, chef extraordinaire (or at least ego extraordinaire — which makes for good TV), and Jeffrey Chodorow (the money guy).  And the feuding they displayed, according to Laura Petrecca’s article in American Chronicle, is what commonly goes on behind closed doors in many partnerships.

So what’s the upside?  Longevity.  Business partnerships tend to last longer than sole proprietorships, which gives you a stronger chance of gaining a financial foothold.
