10 Reasons to Form a Strategic Business Alliance

Yammer, yammer — for many, “strategic alliance” is just jargon and Newspeak.  One of the curious things about strategic alliances is that they can take a wide variety of forms — just like personal relationships — so it’s hard to pin them down.
