When I had a few minutes with Technology Evangelist Ramon Ray, founder of SmallBizTechnology.com, he surprised me. This technology guru recommended that small business owners push back from technology a bit to get the things done that we need to do!
Ramon and I chatted about productivity obstacles that small businesses create for themselves and how they can get past those. He surprised me again when he told me that we only use 10% of the tools available to us, because we don’t get the proper training.

Thanks so much, Mike. As Ramon hinted, the irony is that we think technology will make out lives easier, smoother, simpler … but unless we have a clear of what we’re trying to accomplish, it can become just another distraction (not to mention a time-suck!).
